Herb Honey
for stings and bites
Honey was always used on stings and bites. It draws out stings and kills the bacteria by dehydrating them.
I have used it as a binder for this paste to carry the nettle herb which is a natural anti-histamine taking away the swelling. Calendula is included to heal the skin. If stung in the mouth, a small teaspoonful can be sucked.
It also works on animal bites and cat scratches which can go septic.
